Never had a professional massage before. The day I went in, I had a painful knot in my neck and couldn't move my neck all the way to that side. I got the Trigger Point massage and immediately after, I could move my neck normally again. Over the next day, the previously knotted area has relaxed. Tim definitely knows what he's doing so I'll definitely be going back!
