5606 Nails and Spa Washington DC

I had an excellent mani pedi with Lee last week. Today, Kim was repairing a broken nail. She cut my finger. I said Ouch. She denied my pain. I saw the cut. I felt it. I BLED. She sprayed my finger with alcohol and applied a bandaid at my request. She said my nail caused the bleeding. It was her cut to my nail bed. Had she acknowledged that, I wouldn't be writing this post. Beware. I really liked Lee, but I don't want to go to this salon again.

I saw Quinn for about a year and she is great at doing nails however her communication really lacks. Multiple times I had to message her to get her to respond. This left me frustrated but luckily I am able to have a flexible schedule so I always made the delay response work. For my birthday, knowing she is bad at responding, I messaged a week and a half in advance. No response until 2 days prior saying someone else had taken my appointment time requested… I had multiple appointments booked the week of my birthday so my availability was not a lot. Quinn left me without being able to get my nails don’t for such a special occasion because she had my messages on DND (her words). I had told her weeks ahead that my birthday was coming up too and texted her 3 times the week prior to me birthday t

Will never come back for ANY SERVICES EVER. I called and informed Quinn I would be on my way, after already informing her three days prior that I would be there for a new set. I was halfway there she calls and says she can’t do it because she’s busy. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Also got my nails Prior The application and design were very sloppy. Done by Lisa

The people there are always so sweet and willing to communicate with me as a Deaf person. They did what I wanted for my nails just perfectly! The woman who did my nails and waxed my eyebrows is truly a sweet person! Would come again!
