5 Star Nails

This is an honest review I had these nails on from Nov 9 until now Dec 1st. There gel nail polish, no chipping or fading color. I could we're them for another week if I choose too, but I'm getting a refill tomorrow. There products are really good and worth the money

I made an appointment and got seated right away. There weren't alot of sparkly gel colors to choose from, but I liked it and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't go all the way to the edges like I prefer, but I will just request it next time.

Wanted a longer lasting gel paint job for vacation. They "dremmeled" my decent natural nails first. The gel paint lasted very well however, once they dremmeled the paint off, the next gel paint started chipping off the tissue thin and bendy nails I had left. They tugged at my cuticles with dull nippers. My cuticles grew out a mess for weeks. If your not living in acrylic nails, these are not the shops for you. Now, for the next 4+ months, I'll have these tissue thin chipping, peeling nails. Last time another shop did the same mess using sanding blocks. NEVER AGAIN.

There was no one in the salon and I walked in at 4:45 and asked if can get a nail design , no acrylic nothing just the design. He looked at the clock and said they had no time when they closed at 6pm I said ok thank you and as I’m walking out I see two women walk in for pedicures and manicures with no appointments (because guest said it). If you didn’t know how it’s ok but don’t tell me you didn’t have time and then take two other clients !!! Not right.

As soon as I walked in, she said we booked we don’t have time. I said I can wait. I have time, again we don’t have time. I can tell they didn’t want my business at all. As being new to the area, moving from Vegas. This is very different. I felt the discrimination at an all time high in this place.
