I frequent this beauty supply because it’s right next door to my salon suite. This last experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The employee struggled to apply a basic discount, turning a quick transaction into a long, drawn-out process — despite the store being completely empty. After finishing that purchase (which was over $5), I realized I needed a gel and went back to grab it. I was then told I couldn’t complete the purchase because it was under a $5 minimum, even though I had just spent more than that minutes earlier. After explaining my issue to another worker, the employee states that he is the manager and he doesn’t even know why I’m talking to anyone else about the matter. One of my favorite beauty spots They have everything from high-quality yet affordable makeup to beautiful wigs and stylish jewelry. The variety is great and the staff is super helpful. I always find something I love when I stop by.

I've been visiting this beauty supply store for quite some time now. It is well-organized and pleasant, and I always recommend it to my clients. However, I recently had a small issue with one of the employees. The young lady with blonde braids and glasses was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked for help, she made a sarcastic remark and walked away to talk to someone else. As a result, I spent almost 15 minutes searching for a specific product without any assistance, which nearly caused me to be late for my appointment with a client.

This place is great when I need to buy some raw shea butter in a pinch (I make my own body butters.) Their selection of products overall is mid, but staff was very kind and tried to help. They have Paul Mitchell products but didn't carry the Bond Rx. They also sell a decent selection of scented oils which I like to perfume my home with. I am disappointed this store is not black owned though, and would rather support those businesses instead.
