Never open on time website isn't accurate on the actual days and time they're open for business.

They have a good selection, but the employees in there are so mean and unwelcoming.

I love getting my hair done and hair stores are my favorite place in the world but when I recently moved to cape I realized that this store is NEVER opened. I love the hair they provide but literally why is this store never opened? Thats not a good way to get customers.

Ali is very helpful and has a pretty good inventory for Cape. 9/4/19 Once again Ali had beautiful hair at a great price! I got 3 bundles of Brazilian unprocessed for $100. I would have paid 3x the price for the same hair online, Grade 7+++. He is a great storekeeper with working knowledge of what we, 🙋🏾‍♀️ like and need for our hair. Keep up the good work Me. Ali. Discriminatory policies. They think they are above the law. Turning away a disabled person with a service dog at the door simply because you don't want the dog in the store is akin to turning away a person in a wheelchair simply because you don't want the wheelchair in the store. Remember the dog is a medical device just the same. We don't have them for show. Terrible that you can't put value on your customers who happen to have medical issues just like your healthy ones.
