Roots Spa and Salon

My appointment was canceled at the last minute with no offer to reschedule. I'm new to the area but it's fine. There are plenty of other salons. Appointment was with the actual owner Amanda. FYI for new customers to this business.

This was my first visit and first impressions are everything. When I walked in there were several employees conversing amongst themselves and continued and finished their conversation before greeting me. This is the only reason for the 4 vs 5 star rating. My aesthetician was amazing. Rachel has won my business. She's knowledgeable, approachable and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Roots Spa, you have a great employee!

All I can say is OMG Tonya is absolutely amazing. She has magic hands. I have server neck issues and have been in pain for several years and thinking of surgery. I had a renewal massage and my pain went away. I couldn’t believe it. She is truly a magician. I don’t know enough words to tell you Tonya how relieved I am that I found you. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You have given me my life back with no pain.

Amanda was amazing! This was my first wax and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very experienced, and she made comfortable conversation the entire time which distracted from some of the pain. She was thorough and fast, too! I would come back for sure.

First time at Roots for a 75 min massage for both me and my husband. Hailey was wonderful. I could literally feel the stress leave my body. We felt cared for and not rushed one bit. We were encouraged to just relax and enjoy our time. The extra touches such as the complementary sauna and access to their drink station, we're much appreciated! We also appreciated the other staff at the salon speaking with us and asking us if we needed anything before and after our massages. We will be back!
