I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. The vibe is so welcoming!! Carolynn and Jacob worked together in my hair, they are the sweetest, funniest, and most patient people I have met in a long time. The atmosphere is just amazing! Great group of people. If I could give more than 5⭐️ trust and believe I would!

I got my hair done by Jacob and it turned out amazing. A few weeks prior I had bleached my hair two days in a row. (I know, I shouldn’t have done that) because I was trying to get my hair white. And it totally killed my hair. Jacob was able to do a treatment on it that made it soft and feel like real hair again rather than hay. And he died in a beautiful, gorgeous red color for me as well. I’ve never received so many compliments for my hair before. If you need to get your hair done, definitely ask for Jacob.

Men / short cuts beware. Went in for myself (long haircut) and my husband (short cut). Staff were kind and conversational, atmosphere was nice and comfortable. I was happy with my cut, but my husband's hair was totally butchered. He asked for a medium fade and to keep it long on top. To call it uneven would be an understatement, and to call it a fade is a massive overstatement. I don't know if the lighting contributed to how poorly this turned out or what...but this was, frankly, unacceptable. The price for what he received was outrageous. In total, we spent about $77 between our haircuts. Update: We called and they let us know they'd speak to the manager about a refund, as he (my husband) was not comfortable having them fix his hair. I've been going to The Room for a while now. I had splat green box hair dye in my hair for 3 years straight and they helped me immensely to get it out and make my hair healthier! Andi, my stylist, is the kindest stylist I've ever had and truly makes me comfortable and happy with my hair. Though this place may seem a bit pricy, I believe it's very worth it. Picture attached is a glaze and jellyfish haircut that Andi had amazingly done. I am a constant and returning customer and I absolutely loveeee getting my hair done here. The atmosphere is great, the staff is amazing and very friendly, and they do amazing work!
