I always come in this store and for some reason the African lady at the register was is a mood and just being rude I asked for the 10% discount you get when you input your number but she didn’t have the iPad that gives out the discount connected so I asked can’t she just give me the discount she starts to yell and being rude saying 10% ain’t nothing. That was so rude how dare you say that when it’s people in this world that’s just trying to make it and is trying to stretch their money not everyone works at the beauty supply and I’m not a confrontational person so for her to be rude and start getting loud was a lot for me I had brain surgery literally a month ago and people yelling and screaming can literally make me feel sick and that’s how I felt leaving the store that was a bad experien

Definitely watch your wallet when you’re in here because the older lady at the register will over charge you. Idk if she’s senile or can’t count well but she charges you twice for items and it’s done often. I usually go here due to convenience but I wont but scammed out of my money for convenience any longer & you shouldn’t either. If you do go here make sure you CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!!

The owner is a scammer! I was in the store on March 6, 2024 due to me being in the area and made a purchase with my bank card for $26! She returned the money back to my bank “Andrews Credit Union” so she could come back 2 months later to STEAL double of the amount, totaling $53 and some change! I spoke to the owner and she refused to correct the issue, stating that it was my bank and that I need to take it up with them! She was a very nasty, rude and condescending individual! The bank already told me that this lady returned the $26 back in March, made an adjustment to the original amount and manually put my information back into her system to overcharge my card in May! If you do shop at this location which I suggest you DO NOT! Please use cash because they are thieves and untrustworthy wi
