1 Beauty Supply Of Brentwood

All imma say is I love this store and the staff. They all are so down to earth. I always find what I need. This is definitely my favorite Beauty supply store. And it’s not about what they have. It’s the energy, kindness , organization and cleanliness of it. I’m about to go right now. Lol

I like the owner but the dark skinned lady with the bad attitude doesn’t need to be at the register. I grabbed an item that was $5.99 from the shelf and she asked me what did the price say on the shelf and I told her $5.99 but she insisted it was $12.99 trying to over charge me for an item that also says $5.99 in her face by the register. She got up and seen that the price I told her was correct and kept saying things in a smart way. I walked away from the cash register and she kept trying to intimidate me by laughing when I walked away to keep the peace because I saw past the bs she was doing. I love coming here when the other lady is there. I was regular before I moved and she’s always nice to me but that lady who I guess who now work there is evil. I don’t even mind people like that. Sh

EDIT: the only downside is that they NEVER answer the phone. I have shopped here at least 4 times, and on my most recent visit I asked if they would answer the phone for updates on the restock. And I checked on the website as well to make sure it is the right number. I live far away from the store, so I would like if they could answer the phone instead of me having to drive 40+ minutes just to see whether or not they have a product. Great staff, options, and prices. I came because of the buy 1 get 1 free sale they advertised on instagram. I got to try on a ton of units and found a couple I liked. There was a register issue when I payed with Apple Pay, but the lady at the register was very kind and patient, she didn’t accuse me of not paying and such. I’m not sure if this place is black ow

Came here looking for a certain style that i didn’t have much knowledge in maintaining and probably would’ve been mad at myself by day 3. One of the workers who had locs was funny and super helpful!!! She helped me find the correct hair but she even suggested me a style that she thought would fit me and I love it more than the original style i was coming in for!! Also they have a lot of stuff.

This is my number one beauty shop that I go to! I love the girls, they’re friendly down to earth. This is also right in my neighborhood so I don’t have to travel far. Not only do you get great product, but the discounts are great too when you sign up. I’ve always recommended that people come here. This is literally my favorite beauty supply. I’m actually wearing hair that I purchased from them in the picture below.
