They are amazing, the young lady in the store was so helpful. It usually takes me forever to decide what I want to do to my hair. She was helpful, patient and understanding. The cashier was also patient, understanding and helpful. This was my first time going to this store and it was definitely a pleasure. I will be going back.

The young lady named Z is such an awesome customer service rep. I can go in there, knowing a piece of what I think I want, and she would be able to fit my vision every time. I appreciate her every time I go in there. To the point now when I go in there, I tell her you know what I’m looking for help me and she brings me exactly what she knows I would like I love you down, girl. Thank you.

I’ve been going here for about 6 years daily as a prominent hair braider in Jax,Fl . They always have what I need , keep up with the latest trends and are even open to suggestions on products to stock up on. They made me feel like family, always showing me I’m valued even as a customer. I literally never shop anywhere else. Much love to Muhammad, the girls (especially Crystal) who are always eager ands happy to help, and the dedicated staff who help run an excellent store front!
