So the service was great! I got gel on my natural nails and a very basic design. 9 days later 4/10 of them started to peel off. I called and expressed my concerned and they said I’d have to come in and they would give me a good deal… it hasn’t been two weeks and I will have to be charged when they should be lasting about three weeks? They then said I can’t come in at 9:30 and would have to come in like 11:00-7:00. I work that time frame and explained I would need to come in around opening. All though the service was great being told I’d be charged to fix it and not being able to come in during the earlier opening hours is not right. Unfortunately I will not be back. Update. My nail started to chip because of the gel chipping off. After 9-10 days! I called and asked for a partial refund.

The nail tech Kim did an AMAZING job on my nails. I showed her a photo of what I desired and she DELIVERED exactly what I wanted. I was a walk in who also got a pedicure and she didn’t rush on either of my services. I recommend EVERYBODY who want a satisfied service ASK FOR KIM. I will be going back as a scheduled new customer.

Chelsea did an amazing job with my pedicure! She was so friendly and paid so much attention to detail. I haven’t had a pedicure this great probably ever! Definitely will be coming back and requesting her :)

I had not been to this location for a few years. I made an appointment on line for a pedicure as the salon I typically go to had to cancel my appointment last minute. Though I was pleased with the service I received, the salon itself is in great need of updating. All of the black chairs in the main salon area have vinyl pealing off. And the salon itself didn't appear to be well kept. There are signs all over the front portion of the "lobby" that give off tacky vibes.

sincira did my nails and she’s the first person i went there to get my nails done that tried to socialize with me. plus she did a amazing job on my nails. she deserves a raise like for real. i’ve never had someone so thoughtful and kind doing my nails. thank you girl!!
