Today was my first time tanning. The attendant Hanna was very helpful and explained the process and different packages. She didn’t try to oversell me or influence my decision. The facility is being renovated but everything was clean and the equipment was fine. I had a very positive experience

I love the quality of the place but the customer service the evening I went was absolutely awful. I walked up to the counter with a smile on my face, said hello, was very respectful. I got no hello back, lady with black hair was very rude, as I walked out I glanced over at her and she proceeded to follow me with her eyes all the way to my car and pulling out of the parking lot scowling at me. She said something to the other employee at the counter and they both looked at me and laughed. Not sure what that was about but they both need to be fired. Extremely unprofessional and not okay. I noticed they treated the lady that was in front of me the same way, and she was extremely respectful as well. Nice place but got the wrong people working there. Giant neon sign says “ OPEN 24/7” so i buy a membership and get to the door and in fact it’s not open and i call the number and they say it’s due to wind???? Seriously?

Very nice! Fast services! Clean environment and good prices when sales are going on! Which they always have sales in good product and tanning😁

In and out quick. Bulbs so much stronger than my PA location, my normal time was super hot and made me burn...not sure if my home location just has weak bulbs or if State regulations are different between PA and NYS? Very clean.... Very large rooms. Would go back if in town again, just shorten my time... Probably do 1/2 my normal time here
