Zoom Tan

The associate Ive had has been super kind and helpful with getting me started with what I would need since I haven't been tanning in a long time. Loved her recommendation of lotion packets. Its also kept very clean.

I came in to tan after a horrible experience at Wegmans, the associates were so kind and really turned my day around. I never expected such a kind and personable experience while tanning that I did on Saturday at the long pond location. The one associate said that the other woman that was talking to me was the district manager, and that she stopped in to see how the new associate was doing. Seems like an amazing place to work and sounds like the boss has a lot of passion and compassion for the employees that work for her. I was very impressed!! Thanks to both of the girls that made my experience there a great one!!

The girls were very nice but I was there three times for a spray tan and every single time the machines were broken. The one time it only came up to my waist. I complained to the young ladies and I know it's not there fault but I really wish there services worked like they were supposed to.

I've been with zoom tan on and off for a long time. I've been on both ends of the counter. As a salon manager and as a customer. I've been to almost all of the Rochester locations and I have to say the long pond location is hands down the most welcoming. Always super clean, cutely decorated for a holiday or full of new products. The employees are happy and helpful. And the manager Angela is amazing, You can tell she loves her job and represents the company so well. She helped me as a up and coming manager and always recommends the right products for my best tan, Always offers the best customer service, she's full of knowledge and personality. I will only tan at her location now. Hands down best Tanning salon I've been in.
