I was a committed member for more than a year. I had a horrible experience of my appoints being cancelled non my birthday due to the company mis communication. When I called to get the situation Handled the manger was rude and didn’t care a told me I should read better. Incident:I had to cancel my membership due to financial reaons. Was told I had 4 credits to use. Never verbally given a dead line. Called back a few weeks later and called for a date . Again never told of a dead line for the credits . Two week before the appointment received a call they needed to push my appointments back due to scheduling. Horrible corporate business model ! While I feel terrible writing this review (because some of the massage therapists are really nice and do a nice job) front desk staff and business model are terrible. My husband purchased me a gift card over a year ago so I decided to use it . When I went in the desk woman was super pushy , talked me into a 6 mos membership. Which not fully blaming her I knew what I was doing But she was pushy to the point it almost makes you feel like you have to buy into it. Do yourself a favor don’t give in! I gave in and had the membership longer than I anticipated because I had a really good facial girl. However she left . The business also extended the membership without permission . After she left I had a few more services but decided I wasn’t going to keep
