Always has their lights on with a big "OPEN 24/7" sign, when there literally closed😒 so annoying

I the friendliest staff of girls I have ever come across. Summer goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The tanning bulbs are great. They always offer specials on tanning and lotions . It has spray tanning that lasts. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Summer is GREAT! She is friendly, upbeat, and very informative. This has been hands down, the best zoom experience in Elmira that I have had!! I appreciate the feeling of being recognized as a regular customer as well as the enthusiastic banter.

Went in on a Saturday which is expected to be a little busy but I live in a small town. The reason there were 5 people including myself waiting was because there were only a couple of booths working due to too many bulbs being out one not being used but offered in case someone didn’t want to wait had 4 out. Really?!? I felt bad for the girl working as it’s not her “business” yet people would get frustrated at her. The service of this business is tanning so if you can’t provide then why bother being open?!?

Booth are clean & well maintained , the staff make it a friendly & inviting place, I run into Hanna most of the time ( I think she lives there) lol . Even on the busiest days she always greet you in a smile and makes you feel welcome.
