Virginia is very warm and personable, making you feel very welcome. She listens and asks for your feedback during the service she's providing, not only in regard to the service itself but to your overall comfort. She is also very skilled at what she does. I had a lot of hair cut off to correct a previous uneven cut (also to be more comfortable due to my hair being thick and heavy) and she did a great job.

Virginia is one of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. She will forever be the person I go to for my haircuts. Virginia knows what she is doing, she explains what she is doing before she does it, which made me feel at ease. So at ease that she ended up knowing my entire life story, she’s a hairdresser and a therapist all rolled up in one!! Talking to her, she never made me feel like I was bothering her and there is no judgement!!

Virgina really listened to me and researched the best options to help me on my healthy hair journey. I was nervous, but im so happy with the results!
