Absolutely astounding customer service !!!! Anna, the manager at this location is so kind, thoughtful, very helpful, insightful and has absolutely amazing customer service ! The location is kept meticulously clean ! The bulbs are always fresh and strong ! Anna always has such great suggestions on products available as well and love the competitive pricing on products ! I have been tanning for over 30 years and have never had a place (due to the employees) that treat every customer like a friend/family member ! Kudos to this location and most definite the manager Anna !!

Arriving five minutes prior to closing, I was informed that tanning services were unavailable due to the impending closure. While I recognize the potential for inconvenience when arriving shortly before closing, Total Tan's advertised policy states that services will be provided to customers who arrive before the stated closing time.

Always, very clean... and I never had any issues with any of the employees... everyone is super nice and I've been to multiple locations... ty

This location has came so far in such a short period of time. Christina P. Is so friendly and so welcoming every time i come in. She is ALWAYS cleaning or organizing every time I walk into the store and it has shown. Everything is always freshly cleaned and sanitized every time I come in. I will definitely keep returning back to this location.

Not only is this one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to but the store manager, Hunter, is always a pleasure to talk to and radiates such a positive and good vibe. You feel almost as if you are treated like family coming here. Always a wonderful experience! I love Zoom Tan!!!
