I wish I could give this salon more than 5 stars! My experience here was the true definition of going above and beyond. On Saturday, I accidentally lit my hair on fire and had to say goodbye to a good amount of length. As a woman, so much of my confidence is tied to my hair, and having to cut it broke my heart. I searched for salons nearby and instantly fell in love with the photos shared by True Beauty WNY. I reached out on Facebook and received an immediate response. Tracy was so kind - she took the time to chat with me about my situation, even hopped on a quick call, and got me an appointment that very same day! I was nervous my hair might get damaged even more and that I’d have to cut it shorter, but that fear disappeared the moment I sat in Madilyn’s chair! She is truly so talented,

RUN DON’T WALK!!!! Can’t say enough about this salon!!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🔥🔥🔥. I know what it’s like to keep bouncing around looking that “perfect” place/stylist. I’ve long dark hair that I wanted layered but not looking like Jennifer Aniston from the 90’s. Also I wanted lighter highlights but not brassy or reddish. Madilyn is amazing! She listens to what you want, looked at the pictures I had and really treated me like I wanted mattered to her which meant so much. And she’s so sweet as well!!! I’m not one for posting reviews but this place deserves it! I’ll be back as one their regulars. The owner is also there styling on the floor and is very nice lady. I’ve been coming to Tru Beauty WNY and seeing Jenna for over 3 years and I’ve never left the salon unsatisfied. Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable, it’s an amazing environment. Jenna does phenomenal work. She’s done so many different things to my hair and it’s always come out looking better than I’ve ever expected. I have SOOOO much hair and it’s not the easiest to do but Jenna always gets it done and makes it look and feel a million times better than when I walked in. I will NEVERRRR trust anyone else with my hair. A million/10 will always recommend this salon and Jenna! ♥️

My first time here and it was a wonderful experience, my hair turned out just how I like it which is foiling to a bright blonde. The owner and young lady that did my hair are so kind understanding and helpful. They care about you with a listening ear of how you want your hair. Had an amazing experience. Atmosphere was very nice. Staff was super friendly and vibes were immaculate. Love how my hair turned out and my stylist Stephanie gave me exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!
