Booked a reservation through their system for my father for Christmas. It was lost. When I showed up after driving an hour there, they had no idea what I was talking about, and he was so excited. It just killed it. Took a lot of coaxing for him to go, as he has had spine surgery and pretty blue collar. After this experience he has shut down to the whole thing, and I just wanted to do something that made him feel better. The most they said they could do was possibly cut us a deal for next time, but mentioned no specifics on what that would even be. The experienced girl walked away and left someone to talk to me who told me she had been working there for a week or two and had no idea about anything. I left a picture of the reservation I had booked below.

This spa was amazing! the pricing is fair. i tipped extra because the ladies were so good to us! we went for a bachelorette trip. got the whole place to ourselves. they offered our bride a couple exclusive treatments at no cost… only a cost of celebration and congratulations! most girls got a massage, I got a facial and brianna was amazing! having about 3 hours of sleep the night before I enjoyed talking with her more than falling asleep. it was insanely relaxing even with talking. she made my experience so enjoyable. the ladies are so nice, friendly, and funny. from being out of state they have upped all of our standards. Next time i come to ohio i am making a trip down here to visit these ladies

We hosted a bachelorette party and went here for a spa day with the girls! Our experience was above and beyond. The owner was very accommodating and we had the best time. 10/10 recommend to others!
