I have very thick hair with some definite wave and appreciate how well Emma did in giving me layers without it going crazy. Cut, washed then dried took about an hour and cost $30. They have a great group of stylists and I look forward to coming back.

I needed a decent hair cut and style (cutting my own hair for too long). Lisa did a great job and I love how my hair looks now. Lisa took time to know what I wanted and made sure that I was happy with the cut and style. I have already scheduled my next appointment!

This is the ONLY place that My and I will get our hair done... Whether it's just a cut or coloring getting done, these women ROCK... I love how we've been coming here for 4 years now, and the same women still work here. That's a very big plus, in my opinion... And the fact that they have a one person nail stylist in the salon is AWESOME!!! This place is located right in the downtown area, so there are plenty of places to shop at, and a couple of good tasting restaurants within walking distance... Come try out your local small-town businesses people, and give them some support...👍✌️😘

I cannot say enough good things about Genesis! I've been going to the salon for nearly 16 years!!!! I recently moved out of state and make it a point to fly back to get my hair done here. The girls always find a way to schedule me! Jackie, Josie and Emma are amazing!!!! They worked effortlessly as a team to color correct my hair from jet black to a beautiful sandy blonde in only four sessions all while preserving the health of my hair. If you want a hair salon that treats you like family I highly recommend Genesis Hair Salon!

Love the atmosphere here, everyone is lovely and friendly! They did an amazing job on my hair and my 19month old son's hair too! (He even got a hair cut while sleeping!) Would recommend to anyone at any age! Also perfect easy location!
