Do not go to this hair salon! Do not waist your time. I came in today just to get a haircut, the guy said, no haircut for me because he doesn’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish! What kind of business is he running?! Is this salon only exclusive for Spanish speaking costumers??!! Bad customer service.

I called over a week in advance to confirm I could come in for a shampoo & blowout and was told ‘yes & to just walk in’ because they don’t take appointments. I arrived at 0945 and waited until 1015 for the doors to open. When I went inside and asked for a “champu”, the lady working told me, “No,” and then told another waiting client (in Spanish) that she couldn’t do my hair because she doesn’t speak English and she knew nothing of my appointment. There’s a huge sign on the door that says “WALK-IN”. New to the area and was disappointed to have to find another salon at the last minute.

They recommended me to Berta for my color and highlights and the truth is she has a lot of experience, she is very professional and very patient. I love my hair!!!

Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment. A h Man answered said hello & then hung up. I called back 5 times they just let the phone ring . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Get it together . Run a business or don't post it online if ur gonna suck like that
