Sherri is really amazing and gifted and she is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. Her massage is the first that did not tickle or hurt, and she really listened to and met my needs. She traveled to our home and was extremely prompt, professional and respectful. She has also worked on my husband who said quote "leaps better than any other massage" we've had.

I love my massages with Sherri! I started seeing her after a very intense muscle spasm in my neck and shoulders, likely caused by overuse. She was a core member of my self-appointed response team of medical and healing professionals. Sherri focused on deep tissue massage to help me find relief from my pain and provide overall relaxation. I am impressed by Sherri's knowledge of the body's systems, ability to pinpoint the exact source of pain, and her patience in coaxing tight muscles to relax without force. Sherri provides a fabulous relaxation massage, and I would particularly recommend her to folks looking to solve a specific musculature problem through massage therapy.

Sherri is the absolute best massage therapist in the entire metro DC area! Her ability to release knots and relieve sore & tired muscles without inflicting pain during the massage is something she needs to be teaching every other massage therapist. I’ve been to many therapists for massage therapy from medically trained physical therapist, expensive spas to Reiki & Rolfing experts, none have been as consistently effective as Sherri! Needless to say, I highly recommend Sherri to anyone of any age experiencing any physical pain or just to spoil yourself and relax. I thank God for Sherri expertise in massaging! I’m her twin sister we both were competitive runners in school. Today at 62 years old we are both still runners. Every time I need her advice on what to do because of an injury or stiffness in the muscle, she patiently locates the pain then massages until I’m relieved! It’s like a miracle! Then she informs me as to why the injury occurred, and the name of the muscle is and how to prevent it from happening again. I sit for long periods of time doing computer work, d felt that tightness in my neck and massaged it out. She made me aware of my posture, my back was starting to curve and that I needed to make sure I worked on sitting straight to prevent curvature of the spine. She is such a bounty of knowledge when it comes to the body and uses that knowledge to relieve any aches and pains etc and can explain to you what is causing it and why her technique will help relieve it.
