If I could, I would leave more stars. Dana, who assisted me was awesome! She has the patience of a saint and serves with a smile. She did this for everyone who came into that store. I was a PITA, first time wig wearer. She listened to my desires AND concerns, became my bouncing board, responding perfectly! Not pushy, not salesy but her honest opinions. I finally settled on one, not trying it on because I did not want to mess up my hairstyle. I came home, immediately tried it on and WOW! The one WE decided on is beyond gorgeous, it's stunning. I visited this place a few months ago and the lady was so pleasant and informative. I went in today, and the lady with the piercings did not greet me. She gave me my product and change and that was it. She was too busy watching and engaging with other customers. I only came back because I remembered how kind the other lady was.
