Adonai Braiding Studios

I have been trying to find an African salon close to Mableton area but I kept getting the worst experiences. That was Until I came across Adonai Braiding Studio. First of all, the space is clean, I always get the neatest cornrows , not a painful braider- like at all and she is super fast. I’m a very satisfied client😊😊

I visited Adonai Braiding Studio for cornrows for crochet boho braids. My hair was relatively short but Adonai was able to add hair into the cornrows to establish a secure base for the crochet braids. They do not provide the hair. I brought my own for the service. They have products that they use on your hair for sell. The studio is small with three chairs so I wouldn’t recommend bringing small children. Everyone was friendly, and accomadating. Adonai was very patient, fast and did a great job. I am definitely returning. This was same day service. I called in the morning with questions and Adonai suggested what would be the best time to come in.

I had a great experience at this shop! I called last minute to get my two daughters’ hair braided, and she took us in with no problem at all. The shop is very nice and clean, and she was so friendly and welcoming. We were in and out, and my daughters’ hair came out beautiful. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend!

I booked with Adonai based on the strong reviews. I asked for Senegalese twists and was quoted $350, which I thought was very expensive for the service. Before the appointment, she told me a wash would be an additional $30, so I opted to wash and prep my own hair. I went ahead thinking the quality must justify the price. The appointment took about 7 hours for medium mid back length. At first, I couldn't figure out what felt off about the style, but once I got home I noticed several twists in the back were already unraveling. I reached out and she offered to fix them, which I appreciated. People pointed out how bulky it looked and the parting was not well done. When I returned, she did adjust the middle part. I also asked if some of the twists could be combined to reduce the volume becaus

Mrs. Adonai is extremely talented. You can tell she truly enjoys braiding hair. Her parting is SUPER neat. You are made to feel at home. Her braiding speed is amazing!! I have had my son’s hair braided 3 times by Mrs. Adonai and each time his parts were extremely neat and I was able to wait while she braided his hair. I decided to have my hair braided for an upcoming trip. I have received so many compliments. The way my hair was braided allows me versatility in my hair style. I will definitely have her braid my hair again! Visit her and her husband’s religious store which is right next door. They sell a variety of herbs, hair products and much more!
