Still waiting on refund from online order that was partnered with Walmart. I have reached out via Walmarts end 3 times and the website said I'd receive a response in 48 hours, I haven't seen one on my end from the first one. Maybe the response got lost some how, but it's been years... Still no product... Was made right, thank you! I'll adjust my rating, as I feel that I was done right 👍🏼 just genuinely hoped product was going to eventually show up and it unfortunately hadn't. Honest company 🤍

Order number (114-7985792-8690666) I need this order ASAP and I am questioning if it is actually on its way to me or not like it should be, because I’ve seen by your company’s reviews you do not deliver orders in a timely manner please respond at your earliest convenience thank you.

Bait and switch...ordered hair product. They sent the wrong item and now customer service won't respond. Sent picture of what I received compared to what I ordered. Still no response. Not good!

I would definitely rate this with a 0,Supervisor,very rude,and intimidating, to woman,and how he talks to them,very poor customer services,and I was told to leave ,only because I asked for help..and didn't understand, why he was so rude to me for no reason,he owns a few shops,and I would not,recommend, know one to Shop with him as a owner, with very poor customer services

I would give zero stars if possible. Buyers BEWARE... Ordered from website and did not receive what was presented on the website. Package arrived with no packing information and no response from seller on returning and refunding when I emailed and attached photos. In 2025, too many options available rather than dealing with this nonsense. Stick with Amazon who understands customer convenience first as this site has no clue!
