AH Massage/Ashley Hoekstra LMT

Ashley is an incredibly talented person who excels at her craft. I’m someone who engages in manual labor for their job so my body takes a beating. As such, it’s important that I take care of it and Ashley is the person I trust for the job. On top of her massaging skills, she’s also a wonderful and comforting person to talk to. I’ve never once left not feeling both physically and mentally at peace. I highly recommend!

From start to finish, the hour medical massage I received from Ashley was fantastic. This was the BEST massage I have ever had! Ashley focused on areas that needed more TLC, checked in throughout the massage, and piqued my interest in cupping. I’m already looking forward to the next massage with Ashley!

Ashley is an awesome massage therapist. She is always able to pinpoint areas that need the most work, which helps keep my body moving as it should! I love that she is flexible, and willing to do a more medical massage as well as cupping, which helps me get the most out of each session. Ashley is also an incredibly kind and thoughtful person. I sent my boyfriend in to see Ashley after hearing wonderful things about her work. He’s a pretty critical person and usually finds his massages to not hit enough pressure points to feel his muscles truly relaxed. I told Ashley how sore he was and not only did Ashley get him in for a 90 min massage on short notice she did incredible!! He loved it! He felt totally relaxed after, felt she targeted every part of his soreness, was very nice, professional, and the location was very clean. I am so happy we found her and will be returning and recommending to anyone looking to actually have a wonderful deep tissue experience :)

I've been seeing massage therapists for over 20 years for headaches and migraines and have never come across anyone like Ashley. Ashley takes the time to understand individual needs, is easy to communicate with and clearly has a passion for the work she does. She's tailored a plan for me and is always checking in to make sure the treatment she is providing is effective. Ashley offers a comfortable, safe space which is also not easy to find. Deep tissue medical massage and cupping are the services she has provided that help me so much. I feel lucky to have found her!
