Z&G Jungle Spa

I used to love this spa I told all my friends about it until yesterday I went to get a facial and body massage. I tipped 15$ the Lady at the front told me I needed to tip 30$ more I thought the tip was optional. She was waiting for me to Zelle her more money when I said no she started speaking her language talking about me. They so Greedy I can see why they don’t have a lot of customers they push them away for asking for more tips they never satisfied.

Massage was good but I needed them to break a $20 bill so I could give a 20% tip. They all claimed to not have ANY change. As a business I find it hard to believe you wouldn’t even have change of a $20 bill. I didn’t want to not give a tip at all so she received a 33% tip. Poor customer service.

I’ve been going here for about a year now and the service has been great every time. The facility is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and warm, and they are very in tune to the areas of my shoulders and back that need to be worked on. I can’t say enough good things about Mandy and the other people who work there. You won’t be disappointed when you visit.

I don't think I will ever go to any other spa again! I can't believe how good I feel after my 60 min massage. I HIGHLY recommend. Clean and super kind service. Truly the best massage I have EVER had!

Love this place!!! I always get the 90 minute massage, it’s amazing. I always leave here relaxed and refreshed. I love that I can call for an appointment for the same day and they always accommodate me. I always feel welcomed every time I come. I plan to get the ginger head treatment next. I’ve seen several girls come in to get it.
