OZ The Salon

Called to make an appointment for a blow out. I should have ask price. I have shoulder length hair. I was charged $50.00. I should have questioned the price. After speaking to my girlfriend that recommended this salon she said it was too much money and to call. I called and the girl said she thought she had given me a blowout and a haircut too. Really. I asked for my money back and when I went there I only got $10.00. She was there and said a blow out is $40.00. I’ve gotten cheaper and better blow outs. They were all very rude and never apologized. Did she really think she also gave me a haircut or trying to scam me. Mmmm.. I’ll never go back there again. I’m being nice and not revealing her name!! Blow out be aware!!!

First time at this salon, and already have an appointment for next time. Taylor did a wonderful job, and I just know I’ll be back every 8 weeks. 😊

Love this place. My hairdresser Wendy is so pleasant and always gives me a nice haircut. Prices are reasonable and the place is always kept clean. Easy to make an appointment.

Called today to bring in my 6 year old. I was told on the phone the cut would be 14 dollars and an extra 5-10 to dry it. After the cut and dry I was charged 38. I was confused and asked why so much and was told with a pretty nasty attitude..... "well I don't know who you spoke to an hour ago but we charge 25 for a blowout" "also she has hair like a women" My daughter came in with wet hair so they didn't have to shampoo/condition and has pretty thin hair a little past her mid back. The lady charged me and quickly walked away. I had to ask someone else for change for a tip....which I didn't care to leave to be honest. This was my second time at this salon. 2 years ago I went for a cut and watched them berate a teenager that came back in unhappy about her color they gave her. The 2

I LOVE Oz and everyone who works there. Jen is my usual hairdresser who I request. But I have NEVER been disappointed with anyone else I may get. Danielle is great too. I pass many salons going thru 3 towns, just to come to Oz. We have trusted Oz with our daughter's bridal party hairdos. Jen and Danielle did an AWESOME JOB
