TURN THE LIGHTS DOWN...set your ambience.... Once the zero Gravity massage chair is to your comfort .. just press start... that easy.. We both fell asleep... SO we will be back... If you're looking for a private couples massage with no human interaction except for instructions ..... THIS IS IT!!!

I’ve had a chair massage at various businesses here and there, but this is a totally different experience! It’s like one of those standard chairs times 1000! Very customizable very relaxing and definitely hits the targets and main pressure points. Good last-minute option being there’s no people involved. Easy to book. Reasonably priced. And comfortable private setting. The rep walked me through via phone but the set up is pretty straight forward. Will do again!

I had a great massage at Zero Gravity. It was my first time there. I got the Thai extension massage, next time I plan to focus on my shoulders and back. It was quiet, relaxing, just what I needed. I look forward to my next massage. I finally found the right place.

Not your average massage chairs. The programmed massage is great, but for me, the best is having the rollers work on certain spots for extended times. Super strong rollers, the air bags really squeeze hard, and the heat setting is actual hot! So good... 💆‍♂️ Edit: read some other reviews and yeah like pretty much all chair massagers certain spots don't get hit... Duh! But unless you get a four hand massage you won't get what these chairs do best and even then those four hands aren't going to be as strong. There's a place for both regular and chair massage, but for my needs lately these are the ticket!

I'm confused by the other positive reviews. We had to wait 15 minutes in the street at night before someone let us inside the building. Customer service was very poor. The massage quality was below average. It's a chair at the end of the day. Overpriced and I would not recommend it. You can get a real massage for the same price or even cheaper.
