I had such a beautiful experience at Zenith Wellness Spa. I didn’t want my time to end. It was well needed and I’m definitely going back!

💎 Hidden Gem in Detroit 💎 Last night, my son and I tried something new—a Neuro Arts Sound Bath at the Russell Industrial Center, and it was exactly what I needed after the last couple months. I’ll admit, the Russell Industrial Center isn’t the most inviting building from the outside—it’s big, raw, and industrial. But once you step inside the Neuro Arts wellness space, you’re instantly met with warmth, intention, and a sense of belonging. Parking was free and secure, and we were welcomed by the kindest host, a passionate and inspiring woman who created this space from a vision she brought to life. Once in the building, the space it is really nice. Me everyone enjoyed the Meditation and the peace of the space. I look forward to going back.

Was a good way to take a small break over the weekend. I took the Qi Gong and sound bath class and enjoyed it!

Such an innovative event space! The couples sound bath was a really neat experience - I look forward to coming back for future sound baths and movie nights. The ONLY downside is I don't live close enough to stop in everyday - if I could I would and YOU should too!
