My first time visiting the shop and I’m truly impressed! The shop is beautiful! Jae’da was so gentle with my hair as she detangled, washed, and blow dried my hair. I was so relaxed that I began to doze off. Denise was so pleasant and knowledgeable about how to get my back healthy! I loved my silk press! Just an overall great experience! I 100% recommend!

From the moment I walked in, the hospitality and overall dedication to providing the best experience were unmatched. The customer service, attentiveness, and listening skills were truly wonderful. Jae’da and Denise were amazing thank you both for taking me last minute and glamming me out! You’ve definitely won a loyal customer. Classy, professional, and friendly business all around.

My daughter recommended this salon after her visit two weeks ago since we were in search of a stylist. She raved at how soft her hair was, how much body it had and how long it lasted. I went after work yesterday and Denise (the owner) took care of me! First off, she was Punctual, and very welcoming. The salon is clean and quaint. My service was a Silk Press, I usually don't do too much. Her shampoo was very relaxing! Didn't feel like she was using a Rake on my scalp, eventhough she has long nails, and if you know me, you Know my favorite part of going to the salon is the shampoo portion.. will put me right to sleep, lol. When she flatironed my hair, I was nervous because most people use too much heat, but I was pleasantly surprised at how little heat/smoke came from her iron, but I still g

Easy to find, easy to book, great communication. Clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Denise was accommodating, efficient, kind and talented. She was able to put 7 feed in braids into my super short hair, and they're flawless. She was honest in warning me that the sides may not last long because of the length. I opted to continue and I believe they will stay (wont be mad if they dont, lol). I wish yall were staying on Livernois! 😫 But I'd definitely drive further for the next appointment, and bring my daughter to get her hair done too!

Last minute booking for my daughter and she was in the chair right at 8 with no waiting. My daughter is only used to one stylist but she was immediately comfortable with her, no tears or fidgeting. Her hair is beautiful and it took less than two hours for a shampoo, flatiron and curls. 10/10!
