Upsetting experience! I had a manicure at this salon, and while my nails looked fine from a distance, up close they were uneven and very poorly painted. I didn’t want to complain in the moment and still left a 13% tip. However, the way I was looked at for leaving “only” 13% felt extremely rude and unprofessional. This was especially upsetting because it was my wedding day, and instead of leaving with beautiful nails, I left with both disappointing results and a negative attitude from the nail aesthetician. Later on the day, they cracked. I should’ve rather get a refund to be honest. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I should have checked the reviews before choosing this nail salon. Lesson learned—believe the ratings you see. The pedicure was very poorly done, and there was a strong focus on tipping rather than quality. They insisted tips be paid in cash and claimed the ATM was “free,” yet it charged a fee. Honestly, the work was so bad it looked like a child painted my toes—I could have done a better job myself at home. The technicians clearly lack experience, and I don’t understand how anyone gets their nails done here. I won’t be returning. I’ll be sticking to Russian mani/pedi’s in NY —I pay for quality, and this was not it!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for 6 years now. I recently got a gel manicure with nail hardener for $45. One nail chipped a week later and I went to get it patched up. No biggie and appreciated the service. Next day a 2nd nail completely chipped and the patchwork from the previous nail chipped again. I asked for the gel to be removed and for a keratin strengther (which I brought from home) be applied. She took the gel off free of charge (as she should) but said if I wanted keratin she would charge me for the full manicure. To which I asked how much? $18. Unbelievable. I said I paid $45 a week ago, her response to me was I didn’t charge you for the gel removal. 1) Money doesn’t grow on trees 2) Stand behind your product!!! Never am I returning again. I only come here when I am not able to go to my go to salon in Manhattan, and whenever I leave this place I feel like: meh, it looks decent. It is not terrible, but you can see that it is not top notch work. That said, I pay $40 for perfection in my go to salon (regular manicure!) and $18 here. I am giving them an additional star for pricing. Hiring the best professionals has a cost, if one wants perfection, they need to know will be pricey. Also, one of the reviews mentioned not being clean, I want to address that as well. I have been here more than a handful of times and I've never had an issue with cleanness.

I’ve been coming to this salon faithfully for the past ten years and they are always amazing. Cherry (manicurist) and Maria (pedicurist) are both my go to gals. They are both excellent at what they do, patient and go above and beyond for their clients. Even when the salon is full and they have back to back appointments, I never feel rushed nor do I feel like the work is ever compromised. I highly recommend them both for their services. The salon itself is clean and has relaxing atmosphere which is why I always come back.
