I was experiencing chronic tension and discomfort in the deeper muscle layers of my back, hips, neck and shoulders. After 10 minutes into my first 90 minute deep tissue massage, I knew I found the right massage therapist, and this is after getting regularly scheduled deep tissue massages since 2004 by some very skilled, competent massage therapists. Anna has the physical stamina, techniques and anatomy knowledge to effectively treat all muscle layer issues and improve circulation, and she listens to and understands one's needs, enabling her to apply the best massage techniques. Anna and her team are 5-Stars! Not only do they offer a variety of yoga classes with a variety of teachers, but you can also get a massage after taking a class! If you are looking for yoga in the Greensboro/James town area then this is a must add treat to your schedule. 5-Stars!

Ms. Anna is an amazing masseuse and yoga instructor! I have had issues with a pinched nerve in my shoulder and with her wonderful help I’m feeling and moving so much better! ❤️
