ARB Wellness & Recovery | Bodywork Massage

I’ve been going to ARB for a couple of years now and mainly for their wellness options with my membership however have done two bodywork sessions as well with one most recently today and let’s just say it was long overdue. I walked out of there an inch taller, less pressure in my shoulder (due to injury) and lower back thanks to Ykhoa. His intentionality with his pressure placement and duration of high impact stretches throughout the session are out of this world. I appreciate how he listens to what your body needs and checks in throughout the session to make sure you’re beyond content! He’s a true professional and I can’t wait to have my next one - so much so, I upgraded my membership to include their new monthly 30 min bodywork option. The customer service experience is terrific. The staff is extremely responsive and professional. The space is very clean, welcoming and peaceful. The bodywork was really great — I went in with hip discomfort and a torn meniscus. I left feeling so much better, and while the tear isn't something that can be repaired or made better in a single session, I left feeling that more of this work will be a part of my recovery process. It was also my first time receiving red light therapy, which was very relaxing and rejuvenating. I love that this is sort of a one-stop shop for bodywork and healing.

10/10 recommend 🌟 i was a little nervous going in because it was something new, but i was met with such awesome, comforting people and the nerves very quickly diminished! the bodywork massage was amazing, very professional and frequent check ins were done to ensure i was getting what i was looking for out of the experience. i chose to end my session with the infrared sauna. let me tell you that when i left there, i felt so centered and connected to my self. overall, amazing experience and have already recommended to many friends.

My experience at ARB Wellness & Recovery has been amazing! I have been going regularly for a year now and Ykhoa is highly skilled, professional, and intuitive. I came to him with a shoulder injury that had taken me out of my regular training completely, and he successfully got me back in the gym and helped me avoid surgery. The staff really takes the time to understand your needs and tailor each session for maximum benefit. The atmosphere is calm and healing, and every session leaves me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more in tune with my body. The combination of technique, care, and attention to details sets ARB apart from everyone else. If you are looking for a place that truly supports physical recovery, stress relief, and overall wellness, I can't recommend them enough!
