I went to this salon just for a trim—the most basic haircut anyone can get, simply trimming my ends. I specifically asked for a wet haircut because I don’t like blow-drying or styling, so I left with my hair wet. Because of that, I didn’t immediately notice the issue. Unfortunately, it seems the stylist only cut one side of my hair. I noticed there was very little hair on the floor when I got out of the chair, but I didn’t think much of it at the time. Once I got home, I realized that only the right side was trimmed and the left side wasn’t cut at all. Now I’m left with a very uneven haircut. Overall, this was a big disappointment. Allison

Horrible experience. Got a (blow out) and trimmed my bangs. He was in a rush flipping and pulling my hair. Wasn’t even a blow out my hair looks dry and brittle sticking up, curtain bangs are not even flowy they look flat. My hair was a mess. I got home and had to re due it, after paying $90 for a blow out with only blow dryer and trimmed my bangs! Online it says 55 blow out and 10 dollar trims on bangs. Super disappointed since I just moved to the area really wanted to like this place since it was convenient and I like getting blow outs once a week. What a bummer. Do not recommend.

My haircut and highlights were beautiful. But the price was not. $480?! Maybe prices have gone up. But i would discuss price before you start. The last time i went, i only paid $280.

This was my first time coming here, and had a great experience! Everyone’s professional, friendly and welcoming! I needed my haircut and had the pleasure of Kacy cutting my hair. He was great, I love what he did! His experience and expertise shows, he was also very kind and has a great personality. Will be coming back, and highly recommend Kacy!
