Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Richmond, TX

I absolutely love taking my children to Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in Richmond! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cheerful and playful—the kind of place where haircuts become fun instead of stressful. The staff greeted us right away, made both of my kids (ages 5 and 4) feel totally at ease, and the car-chairs and cartoons helped make the haircut a genuine treat. The stylist was kind, patient, and delivered a great cut. My kids walked out feeling proud and upbeat. Highly recommend for families looking for a positive haircut experience.

Wonderful experience. Both kids loved it. A simple wash and style for our daughter and a hair cut for our 2 year old. The cars they get to sit in really helps create fun experience and get their minds off the actual haircut. All the hair stylist are patient with the kids and really take the time to ensure they do a great job.

We had a wonderful experience at this salon! Rochelle did an excellent job with my son’s haircut, and the atmosphere was fantastic. He especially loved getting to play Xbox while he was getting his haircut. I highly recommend bringing your kids here!

This was our 1st time trying the new location in Richmond. We’ve been to the Sugar Land location twice and have had great experiences there. However, our experience with the Richmond location was HORRIBLE. We took our 2 year old son for a haircut and he was fine at first, but the lady cutting his hair took too long to get started and moved way too slow. Most toddlers don’t sit still for a long period of time so working with them quickly during a haircut is imperative. It took a total of 30-45min for them to be done! Whereas, in the Sugar Land location it only takes them 15min. So by the time she really started cutting his hair, he was tired of sitting down, scared, and crying! He usually doesn’t cry at all! He was so traumatized. Then another lady who worked there had the audacity to come
