Zen Where You Are : Massage Therapy & Acudetox Auricular Acupuncture

What a wonderful experience I had with Lindsey at Zen Where You Are! I went to her for an Acudetox acupuncture session and was so pleasantly surprised. This was my first time getting any acupuncture. Her space felt very calming and comfortable, cozy. She taught me so much about what she does and why she does it. I was so thankful for the good nights sleep I got last night, too. She was right! It really helped me. I am so looking forward to seeing her again and having a massage as well. I have heard nothing but good things about her work and feel lucky that she is local to southern New Hampshire (and me!)

Lindsey is truly phenomenal ✨ Not only is her space clean, cozy and totally “zen” but has peaceful music playing and a warm & relaxing bed to put you to sleep instantly. Her approach and touch are gentle, effective and deeply meaningful. The oils and smells she used made me extremely calm, I felt the most at peace i’ve been in months after my massage and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lindsey is magical, kind, intelligent, compassionate, and an amazing LMT. She listens and makes you feel truly cared for. I will be back 🙌 I also loved the goodie bag she gave me at the end of my session!
