Body Mind Spirit NH Salon and Spa

Courtney is truly exceptional. I’ve seen her a couple of times now, and both massages were incredible. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I’ve tried the Swedish with back exfoliation and deep tissue, and I left feeling so much better each time. My only regret is not booking a longer massage! I’m so glad I found her and plan to return every couple of months. I can’t speak to the other services offered, but the salon itself is clean, cute, and beautifully decorated — such a welcoming space.

I had a facial a few days ago. This was the first time that I went there, but I have had many, many facials in many places over the years. When I came home, I noticed a red line towards the side of my face. And brown blotches all over my face. The clinician never mentioned it to me when I was at the spa. I was very concerned that I may have been burned and needed to cover it with something, as soon as possible,,, so I contacted the owner of the salon, to find out what to do. She said she would ask the clinician and get back to me. That was 3 days ago. I had sent an email 2 days ago to follow up. I have not been contacted yet. I never give bad reviews, ever. Had my very first experience here yesterday. Kerri did a phenomenal job on my hair. Without saying much she was able to cut and style it precisely to my liking. My hair feels and looks great. And thanks to Alisha it's smooth, silky and heaven scent! As a native New Yorker I've got to say my experience here was as close to home as I've gotten yet! I will be back routinely and next time I will surely be tagging my daughter along for her own spa like experience. Needless to say, I highly recommend Body Mind Spirit NH Salon for your hair care needs and beyond!

I have had the pleasure of going to Body Mind Spirit since moving to the area a year ago and am so lucky to have found it! The salon is so easy to get to right off 202, absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious and Kerri truly is a master of her craft. I always walk out of this salon with a perfect cut and color and the prices are beyond reasonable. You would pay double for this level of service in the city. Do not hesitate to come to this salon; you will not regret it!

I would highly recommend this salon. The place is nice and comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. I had Kerri cut a new style for me and I just love it. My hair color is perfect. Any one out there looking for a quality salon Body Mind Spirit is the place to go. I took my grandson here for a hair cut and for the first time ever we both left happy!
