Zen Spa

These women are simply amazing. My mom who became very disabled over decades due to Huntingtons Disease used to come here often. One time I went with her and could see why she loved it. The women including the manager would yell “Kerrie!!” and excitedly descend to welcome her and help her with absolutely whatever she needed. As a caregiver I genuinely appreciated their warm, and caring attitude as it was such a relief for me. Although I didn’t do this, I felt as though I could have left her there for an entire day and would know she was being so diligently taken care of. For that I will always appreciate Zen and their wonderful female staff. 🤍

Worst service ever. Not even 5 minutes dedicated to my manicure. Put 35 minutes in the meter and after the manicure, paying, complaining and walking back and forth there were still 21 minutes!

It’s clean that’s why I like this salon, for manicure I think they do a good job only if it’s gel manicure and previously made an appointment. Helen is the best in gel manicure! For pedicure unless you pay premium service you can get a decent one but the service of the pedicure don’t worth it, for what I pay I prefer do it myself, they cut their nails and file very little,I had to tell them twice to cut more and they left them the same. they don’t go deeper in cuticles and the heels even feel dryer. —-/ I gave another opportunity and is the same or worst, but if you want to waist you money and happy to charge you for everything even with a mediocre work , here is your place.

Like many others have posted, their pedicure prices are at a premium ($65 lowest) which can be justified for a 45 min spa-like experience, however, the service felt rushed (literally the lady was bumping into things rushing) and I had to remind about really cleaning the feet. A lot of places think we just want our toes to look cute, but I’m coming to really get the feet and toes clean. In the end, she did a nice job but nothing that is worth the $65-$95 they price for their pedicures.

I tried Zen Spa today for a pedicure because I couldn't get an appointment at my regular nail salon (Bronxville Nails). I'm giving it 2 stars because my toenails look nice. However, this was the most rushed pedicure I ever had (certainly not a "zen" experience). The foot massage lasted less than 60 seconds; the scrubbing of dead skin was about 20 seconds and inadequate (still have dead skin on my heels) and there was no offer of a mini neck massage while waiting for the polish to dry. I now realize why Bronxville Nails is always so crowded. Next time, I'll wait. I would not recommend Zen Spa.
