I love this store. So bright, sunny and beautifully organized. I met Tricia, a makeup artist at this location, last week, and she was so lovely and knowledgeable that my friend and I came back this week for more recommendations and products. She is an extremely talented makeup artist, very knowledgeable in all areas of beauty, and just a fun, interesting, and lovely person to be around. We'll be going back for our next beauty fix.

What an amazing experience @ this location - finally! :-) I spend so much money in this store, but slowed down in the last several months because the staff there never seemed to appreciate my business. I wasn’t shown the same level of attention, kindness, or service as the other customers received who clearly didn’t look like me. I decided to go back in yesterday after almost a year, since the location is convenient to where I live. I needed several items for the holidays, and what a wonderful and refreshing experience this time around! I couldn’t help but to notice the much needed diversity within the new staff, which I’m told happened back in February or shortly after. The new manager and her sales associste were delightful! Had a great experience today at Blue Mercury Bronxville. Trisha and Mary were so knowledgeable about their skin care products and make-up. Felt very confident in what they recommended for my skin and the make up choices they presented.

Omg I love this store. Tricia the manager at the bluemercury bronxville we were sitting in the car, just having lunch and she walked towards us and give us parfum samples within an hour I came back and bought 2 MFK perfume can I just say what amazing service it was just from her coming outside and just give us samples without even knowing us, I will definitely be shopping here again.

What a great experience, April was amazing! I went in for an under eye cream. April was so helpful that before I knew it she sat me down and was doing my makeup. I felt amazing and beautiful when I left. I will absolutely be back. Unlike most places she did not push me to buy anything extra, only what I came in for.
