Lauren was absolutely incredible. I'm pain-free for the first time in years!! She's curated a calming, welcoming space. This was my first time getting a massage; she explained everything and made me feel totally comfortable. The massage was thorough and thoughtful from beginning to end. Thank you!!!

I’m a jogger and Lauren has been working with me for months now on lower back pain (getting old sucks) from muscular tightness. I gotta say she is a fantastic resource for anyone who has an active lifestyle. Lauren is a miracle worker who has returned range of motion to my body that I forgot I even had. I walk in limping and in pain and within a day or treatment my muscles are looser and my pain has subsided significantly. I can even see an increase in flexibility that wasn’t present prior to treatment. If you do sports go see her. It’s well worth it.
