Brian acted like a total weirdo and super unprofessional. First weird thing, he really wanted me to schedule a 9 a.m., which wasn’t convenient for me, but alright, fine, I just wanted to get in there and I didn’t know about the online booking. The place was not fully booked the way he was making it sound. Full transparency, I showed up 5 minutes late, Brian was on the couch on his phone almost the whole time I was there. Tells another guy to do my haircut. No other interaction. At no point did anyone mention the other guy was a very inexperienced apprentice who should have been heavily supervised. I don’t want to criticize the guy because I feel like he was put in a bad spot by his boss. I even feel bad writing this review but I tried to hash things out in private and it went really poorl

Me and my 5 and 7 year old boys have been coming to both Tyler and Brian (whoever is available) for 2+ years. They both rule and do amazing cuts, and are super easy going guys that are fun to chat with and are great with my young kids. The shop itself has such a great atmosphere and style. I won't be going anywhere else.

These men were fantastic to speak with! The new spot is perfect for them. I'm so happy they have this opportunity. Tyler is so patient with my grandson and definitely does his best work no matter the age of the client or the cut. I highly recommend getting an appointment over at Tonsorial Trading Post, located right at the entrance road to Old Southbridge Village

I've been taking my now 3 1/2 year-old son here for about a year. I've had Brian and Tyler cut hair for him and they do such a good job. I love that you can book appointments online. The vibe is awesome too- really cool plants and comfortable atmosphere.

Tonsorial Trading post is the best barber in the Sturbridge area. It's a fantastic spot, Tyler & Brian are great people, the haircuts are always quick and come out fantastic. The fades are always perfect.
