Zen Nails Spa

I have been searching for a new nail salon home and think I have finally found it. Casie did my nails with the dip powder and she was very quick & efficient from start to finish. I did not have to go under the lighting as much as other salons make you & it’s now been a week and my nails look like they did when she first did them. They were very welcoming.

I don't get my nails done at the salon very often. This is the second time within a year that I have gotten my nails done. Today I decided to get gel polish over my natural nails and the polish is so thick and clumpy. I was not satisfied with the outcome. I mentioned it to the lady who did my nails and she said it happens with all glitter gel polishes. Why not advise the customer ahead of time so that they don't waste everyone's time and the customer's money?

Love them amazing work great prises. Custumer service is amazing they make you feel like home amazing welcoming and most of all great work on everything. Very clean spotless solon. Thank you guys and I highly recommend it. 😍

Me and my 2 other sisters got our nails done from this place last Saturday. We went for gel manicure, girls working there suggested us to get done Something they called "DIP" Which they said will last for at least 3 weeks longer than just gel. 2 days after my hair were getting stuck in my nails. One of my nails came off like 4 days after. They charged me $45. The girl who did my nails had to re-do them like 4 times. She did not even do no cleaning of nails. After doing my nails instead of her cleaning my nails she told me to wash my hands. They should just close down their business for better future. Now please do not say sorry and do not say that come back again i will serve u best as u can. I am coming there for my refund.

Very expensive! Got a spa pedicure and was charged 50 bucks! Though I was going to actually receive a good foot massage and that was horrible! Even the girl that took care of me had a few negative comment that was said to me. I payed, said thank you and didn't complain but I won't go back!
