Guilty Luxury Lashes and Brows

Kitty is a consummate professional. She is punctual, honors her appointments, and her pricing is fair. As a Black woman-owned business, she truly operates with excellence and integrity. I have been going to her for about two years, and this year especially, I have been consistent with my lash appointments. I wear ombré lashes with purple tips, and I receive compliments all the time. They brighten my eyes beautifully. She has also touched up my permanent makeup, corrected color issues, refined the shape of my brows with microshading, and even threaded my brows when I was in a pinch.
