Zen Nails & Spa - Fort Mill, SC

This is my 2nd time coming here aside from a couple years ago. They kept getting walkins, everyone was busy, I don’t know the guy’s name but he started off my nails then went to do another lady’s nails which I didn’t mind, I wasn’t in a rush, the lady who was taking phone calls and running around the nail salon constantly busy came and finished up the polish on my nails. It’s pretty quiet in there, not much customer interaction besides being greeted, seated and reassured. I did love my full set! And I love how they work as a team to get people in and out as quickly as they can.

They're wonderful. Reasonable prices. I love my nails tech. Been going to her for 5 years. She is always careful with my toes and pays attention to detail.

I blame myself for not looking closely at my feet before leaving this place. However the pedicure which cost me $45 plus tip( $9) is horrible. My big toe was not even filed down and polish is uneven. Look at the uneven end in pic. There is dead skin along the edge. I had to ask the guy to trim the length which is crazy. This common sense. Definitely not worth the money. I will not go back. I used to love going here but the last 2 pedicures were bad.
