I have had my hair done by Alex many times. He never fails to give me exactly what I ask for. He always makes sure I like everything before I leave. I always add more blonde to my hair and have never left orange, always the perfect shade. He keeps great conversation and super friendly!!

Alicia did a fantastic job fixing my previous haircut! Very thorough and knowledgeable. I will be back! Please see before/after pictures! I love how she blended my hair. Due to my previous balayage, it can still look a little bit off, regardless very happy with the outcome!

My experience at The Mill Salon is always fantastic! I’m always impressed with how well my color looks and how healthy my hair is since I’ve been going there. I also have to say that the head spa experience was the most amazing experience! Hands down the best Salon experience around!

Kylie did a wonderful job with my highlights. It is always nerve-wracking to try a new stylist but she listened to what I was hoping to achieve and the color she created was spot on! Communication with the salon was also wonderful and after only being on the waitlist for a few days I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday. I love a salon that does not force you to take time off of work just to get a haircut. Kylie and the salon have definitely won over my business!

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Kylie did an incredible job with my haircut. She was not only professional but also so kind and welcoming. As a busy mom of little ones, that time in the chair felt like such a treat, and Kylie made every minute worth it. Thank you for working your magic and helping me feel confident again!
