Zen Nail

I have been here many times. Maybe 30 times or more. They have several chow dogs. Just laying in the entrance and one lunged and bit my 3 year old daughter’s thumb. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and couldn’t quickly respond by picking her up. Luckily as my daughter was hysterically crying from being terrified my sister in law picked her up and removed her from the salon. An indentation was left on her hand. Not only that but prior she got her first manicure and the didn’t even clean her nails. Gross service. The owner didn’t even apologize o flinch when her dog lunged and snapped at my 3 year old. Not one apology. Insane liability to your safety to walk into this salon. Having 4 untrained dogs I’m sure is illegal in a salon. Sad salon experience for my baby girl. Will never go back.

I usually don’t give poor reviews. I’d rather just give happy reviews however I’m tired of spending money and not getting the benefit of spending my money. My two sisters and I are going on a trip so the three of us made an appointment. We were asked to come in early which we did to pick out colors. The water was cold and not hot. The part that turned everything around was that one of my sisters was held up (she also lives in another town)and unable to get there. we let the lady manager know that our third sister would not be arriving. She seemed very perturbed. When we let her know that there was only going be two of us and then I would be glad to have a manicure also in place of my absence Sister she said they didn’t have time I had gel on my fingers. I didn’t understand why. But OK, I’l

My nails came out nice, however for the price I paid and the atmosphere of the salon I would have expected a much better experience. My service took about 20 minutes, I felt very rushed and not very pampered. I will be back to give them another try, hopefully with better service next time.

I scheduled an appointment for a regular pedicure and a hot-gel manicure two days in advance without any trouble. My technician, Nam, is new to Zen and what a positive addition he is! He is a talented technician and took time providing me with excellent service. My nails are beautiful and I’m very pleased!

Got a pedicure done and they lady insisted I take the shape she wants and I said no twice and then after the third time I said I want straight she got mad and did it all crooked . Came to Thais place 2020 and returned here 2026. I won’t be coming back ever again.
