Zen Nail Lounge & Oasis

I hate doing this because I really liked this place. It's large, has great pedi chairs, and walk ins are always welcome. The last 2 times I've been there however, have been very unpleasant experiences. I shrugged off the first time, thinking it was just a bad day. This time was enough to not return again in the future. $200 for my 9 year daughter and I to get basic pedis & gel manicures. We were both cut in several places (my pictures included), did not receive the typical experience (I.e hand and leg massage, etc) and my daughters didn't cure long enough and have completely fallen off on day #2. The gel is uneven, bumpy, and sloppily applied. My nails were trimmed way too short and did I mention she took several chunks of skin off my finger? My daughter too. All of my fingertips

Absolutely amazing! Never have I been treated so well at a nail salon! Hamu did such a good job and my nails look so great! I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

My experience at this salon today was very disappointing. While the shop is beautiful, the service I received was unacceptable. The first technician I was seated with was extremely rude. He completely ignored my initial greeting and only spoke to ask what nail shape I wanted. Five minutes into the service, I politely asked him to fix one small detail. In response, he stood up and walked away. He then returned and loudly announced in front of other customers that he would not do my nails and offered no explanation. I was moved to another table with a technician who I was told was actually his wife. She was very kind and apologetic, but at that point, I felt so uncomfortable that I asked her to simply remove what he had started so I could leave. When both she and the manager apologized, th

Best experience I have ever had. So nice and accommodating. Ricky who did my nails did an awesome job. Mira who did my pedicure was amazing it tickled a bit but I’m walking away with no pain! The time I got a pedicure absolutely hurt like hell. So I’m very satisfied and whenever I’m in town I will definitely come back!

Ok, I’m not usually one to post things like this, but I feel this experience should be shared. My grandma and I went to Zen Nails yesterday for a different experience. I wanted something simple: French tips with cherries and stems. (Left picture) The woman, Lily, finished the job, but I didn’t have stems on yet. I assumed she would let them dry, come back, and finish them. Twenty minutes passed, and I didn’t see her. I was waiting, and then the worker next to us began putting my sandals on. I told her they weren’t done and asked if Lily would add the stems. She went to get Lily, who continued adding more red to the cherries, which no longer looked like cherries.
