I've known Terry for some time; he's always impressed me with his professionalism and attitude. Recently I decided to begin visiting Terry regularly as part of my overall health regimen, to utilize his expertise in massage therapy and reflexology. As I've gotten older, i realize that my muscles, joints, and ligaments aren't what they were 20 years ago; and a little focused care goes a long way in helping one's overall health. Terry is outstanding in the service he provides. It's rare to find someone with a medical background (Terry is a former nurse) in the massage therapy, reflexology, and alternative medicine category; so he brings a very unique perspective to his profession. When I first heard about Terry's services I really wasn't sure that I could relax for a full 90 minutes but I decided to try it. Boy was I glad that I did. Not only did I fully relax - my mind was quiet and the tightness that I felt in my neck and shoulders was totally gone. The reflexology is fascinating to me how those little trigger spots in my feet can actually make me feel better somewhere else in my body! Terry is super patient and explains things that I didn't understand, professional and courteous - not to mention gifted in his craft!

I have seen many massage therapists and Terry is by far the BEST! He is very knowledgeable about his profession. He takes the time to listen and understand his patients. I am an equestrian and I compete in dressage and it's important that my muscles work as they should. Terry also does reflexology and this has been helpful as well. Terry is just amazing. The effort he's put into helping me is above and beyond. His knowledge and experience is apparent, and the way he actively involves you in your recovery is so helpful. I greatly appreciate how he explains every part the process when he works, explaining what muscles and connective tissue control what responses. He works to fix the whole person, not just give them a massage. If you have pain or want to stay out of pain, I'd absolutely recommend Terry.

I had my first massage from Terry yesterday. He is definitely problem focused and likes to hear where the pain or tightness is, he then focuses on those areas. I have had a lot of massages in my life, Terry has to be the best for working hard to fix the tight muscles and pains. I have already scheduled my next appt. If you have pain or tightness, you can't go wrong with Terry.
