Zen Nail Bar

I have been coming here for about 3-4 months now (roughly once a month) and I won’t go anywhere else again! The salon is very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Kaylee always does an amazing job on my nails and the gel manicures last me 4-5 weeks without chipping, despite being a busy mom with lots of indoor and outdoor chores everyday. They are so accommodating, kind, and detail oriented. I always feel comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend, you will not regret it!

I was very disappointed with the service I received for the price I paid. I wanted a full gel set. Which is $55.00 they do not mention that if you want length it’s additional $10.00 depends on the length too. then for gel color and white tip addition $15.00. I paid for full set and pedicure $180.00. The issues was the nails were crooked, pink tip lines were Jagged and not properly curved. I left my nail tech know that my nails were Not centered and he said, looking down that they were centered. Please take a look at the picture within two days. There was heavy lifting there was no proper nail care, especially cutting of the cuticles. I would assume that cutting your cuticles is part of the prep, but it wasn’t. My pointer finger cracked off right in the middle so easily when I went to open

Really loved my nails at first however 2 of my nails broke at exactly 1 week from having them done 😔. I had a full set builder gel w/extensions. A bit disappointed since the service cost me $85ish before tip. Unfortunately I will have to pay get them fixed/re-done someplace else as I don’t live near the salon as I was up visiting my sister.

Love this place so much. Crystal is so good at what she does and cares about the entire experience. My nails always look perfect. I’ve been going for almost a year now and I always leave happy. Highly recommend them.

Got my nails done yesterday and they are all different lengths and incredibly thick. They look round. I came in with very long natural nails and now I have to get tips. I’m now in the shop the next day waiting to have them fixed, made an appointment, and have been waiting an hour and half. I would have left but my fingers are so sore and I pains $80 yesterday ($10 “accidental overcharge” that I was refunded). Do not recommend.
